Phnom Penh Police Commission, under the direct command of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Governor, Deputy Prosecutor and Prosecutor, visited the "Luxurious" club by arresting about 400 people with some drugs. The heated operation took place at about 2 pm on June 8, 2019 at the "Luxurious  Club" along 214 Boulevard Road, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

Currently, about 400 men and women have been sent to Phnom Penh Police Commissariat to test the addictive urine tests, such as the Rock Club and Amir Club. Also, in such large-scale drug crackdown operations, the public is very enthusiastic and asks the authorities to continue this activity.
